Client Success Manager

We work in a team atmosphere, planning and executing all aspects of our clients software implementation and ongoing support. Working in conjunction with Alliance’s management and implementation teams, the Client Success Manager acts as the key point of contact between the customer and Alliance.

Job Description – Client Success Manager
Alliance Solutions Group is seeking to hire a Client Success Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships. This includes regular communication with the clients, dispatching service tickets, and subscription renewals.

To be successful as a Client Success Manager, you will need exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The volume in our practice will require you to multi-task and work on tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and relevant experience is required for consideration.

The Client Success Manager owns the client relationship and is one of the key persons involved in interactions with the customer. The position is responsible for these key tasks associated with the customer relationship.

This position works with the consulting team and management team to ensure adequate communication with the client is maintained through the implementation and post-implementation activities.

Job Requirements
• You have an accounting background including the ability to intelligently discuss accounting-related concepts
• Ability to make 30 client phone calls per day
• Experience with standard office software, including Office 365, OneNote, GoToMeeting
• Familiarity with ConnectWise ticketing software is a plus

Our consultants work on a team, planning and executing all aspects of our clients software implementation, and ongoing support. Working in conjunction with Alliance’s management and implementation teams, the consultant acts as the key advisor, product specialist, and project implementation resource.

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Alliance methodology to achieve successful client implementations
• Proactively communicate with clients and Alliance team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction

Job Requirements
You have a Bachelor’s degree.
• You have an accounting background
• You are organized and analytical, and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• You have strong presentation skills (in-person and online), can communicate professionally.
• You have experience working with mid-market accounting software.
• Construction industry is a plus.
• Sage Intacct and/or Acumatica are a plus

Work Location

SaaS Business Development Representative - Bonita Springs, FL / Sarasota, FL

Looking for highly motivated sales professionals with 2+ years of sales experience preferably in the software as a subscription environment. In this role, the Business Development Representative will engage with prospective customers in meaningful conversations about their business issues. Based on the consumer’s needs, you will provide proposals, work with our sales team to coordinate product demonstrations and close transactions. BDRs regular activities will include following up on leads, prospecting, networking, tracking prospect and customer data and growing our customer base.
