Affordable Care Act Information from Sage

The following is information for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Sage 300 CRE) and Sage 100 Contractor.

For Sage 300 CRE, there is a task built into the Payroll module that can be used to determine Full-time and Full-time equivalent employee counts by month for each year.

The best place to learn about all things ACA is the ACA resource center on Sage City (

  1. From the Sage City homepage, click the Visit the ACA Resource center link at the top.
  2. The ACA resource center is split into two columns, with general information and links on the left side of the page, and product specific content along the right side.
  3. To access the product specific information you need, scroll down the page to the product you are interested in (for example Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate)
  4. Each of the questions you see are hyperlinks that take you to the information to answer the question.
    • For example, if you click the first link “How does Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate support the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?” an article from the knowledgebase appears.
